Environmental.
At Tech Hub, we believe technology should empower progress without costing the planet. That’s why we are committed to reducing electronic waste through responsible recycling and reuse. In line with the WEEE directive, we provide safe recycling services for batteries, ink cartridges, and electronic equipment, while also championing refurbished technology as a smarter, more sustainable alternative to new. By extending product lifecycles and keeping valuable resources in circulation, we’re working to build a greener, more responsible tech future.
We have responsibly recycled over 6 metric ton’s of electronics, batteries and ink cartridges since we opened in 2021. Our service ensures electronics have a chance at a second life or recycled for material extraction to be feed back into the supply chain.
As a champion of refurbished technology we have given more than 1,000 laptops, desktops, mobiles and tablets a second life. All our refurbished technology is thoroughly inspected to ensure its fit for purpose and backed by our 6 month warranty.
We work closely with our suppliers to ensure minimal packaging is used in both the products we sell, and the shipping to us. It is essential the materials used are recyclable, if not, can be reused to avoid unnecessary waste going to landfill.
We are aware our business consumes a lot of energy, and our goal is to ensuring its kept to a minimal. We initially opened 7 days a week for 12 hours a day to work out the opening times based on demand. This ensures we are not wasting energy being open serving no one.

We strictly adhere to GDPR, safeguarding personal data with transparency and care, and we meet our HMRC obligations with integrity and accuracy. Beyond these core duties, we ensure our creditors and suppliers are paid promptly and fairly, reflecting the value of their work. By consistently meeting our legal responsibilities, we reinforce trust and accountability in every aspect of our business.
